Hemp is renewable and fast growing. Maturing in as little as 90 days and can be harvested up to 4 times per year.

Hemp replenishes and enriches soil with oxygen and nitrogen. It restores pH levels and even reduces soil erosion. The deep penetrating roots also detoxify the soil, removing harmful chemicals and pollutants, via a process called phytoremediation.

Hemp has the ability to sequester (absorb and trap) CO2 from the atmosphere. Hemp has been proven to absorb more CO2 than any other commercial crop.

Hemp requires significantly less water compared to other commercial crops such as soy.

Hemp doesn’t require herbicides, pesticides, nor chemical fertilisers to flourish. Hemp is naturally pest resistant, repelling insects, fungi and bacteria. It’s also a natural weed suppressor, naturally out competing weeds in its environment.
